Impact of California Rainfall & Spikes in Diesel Prices

Rain, rain, go away? For a state plagued by extreme drought, California has received an astonishing amount of rainfall in the last two months — up to five times more than its annual amount. CJ Myers from the Alta Irrigation District in the San Joaquin Valley joins us to talk about water usage and the long-term impact of this excessive rain.
